📋 Description
• Be a strategic partner across Stedi using legal expertise • Handle all of Stedi's legal needs closely with the Head of Legal • Own customer contracting from first redline through signature • Drive payer trading partner agreements to close quickly • Serve as Product Counsel for engineers and PMs • Improve, expand, and automate playbooks and workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Bar-admitted attorney • Healthcare experience through BigLaw or in-house • Ability to explain complex issues in plain language • Strong writing and communication skills • High-volume work capability with shifting priorities • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and design scalable processes • Business acumen in blending legal rigor with strategic persuasion • Resourcefulness and professionalism
