📋 Description

• Represent the university from a home office in the Los Angeles/Santa Clara area • Assist in developing and expanding recruitment initiatives to increase enrollment from identified territories and support university-wide goals • Work with internal and external university partner offices to assist in student recruitment and yield activities • Travel and represent the university at college fairs and outreach programs • Build relationships with school counselors and education representatives • Engage with students and families to provide admissions information and support • Conduct follow-up to increase application completion and yield rates • Support targeted recruitment programs and events • Complete special assignments or duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) • One year of full-time professional experience in a college or university setting (Student work experience may be considered) • Proficiency with technology, office software and communication systems • Must have, keep and maintain the appropriate valid Driver’s License; have a motor vehicle record which is free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations • Experience in admissions counseling and recruitment (preferred) • Experience in reviewing applications for admission and making recommendations for admission (preferred) • Experience working with diverse populations and working independently (preferred) • Experience and knowledge with higher education technology platforms, i.e., SLATE (preferred) • Experience with program planning, implementation, assessing and innovating to enhance programs (preferred)
