• You develop cross-channel performance marketing strategies for our clients (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other relevant platforms) • You plan, manage and optimize campaigns against clearly defined KPIs such as leads, ROAS, CPA or revenue • You understand the role of individual channels within the customer journey and allocate budgets strategically • You analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities and derive concrete optimization measures • You work closely with our Creative team to develop high-performing ads and robust testing approaches • You manage client accounts independently, present results in reports and act as a strategic sparring partner at eye level • You identify opportunities in funnel, tracking, attribution and conversion processes
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing—ideally in an agency • You have solid experience with Meta Ads and ideally additional expertise in Google Ads • You have independently managed and successfully scaled campaigns for lead generation and/or e-commerce • You understand cross-channel performance strategies and know how Meta Ads and Google Ads can work together most effectively • You can confidently interpret data and derive clear decisions from it • You communicate confidently with clients and can explain complex issues in an understandable way • You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high standard of quality
