• Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses. • Facilitate 1:1 coaching and consultation and group study sessions. • Keep up to date with essential technologies like Civitas, Outlook, Kaltura, etc. • Plan and facilitate collaborative study and review sessions. • Assess learning and comprehension through formal evaluations and informal assessments. • Maintain adequate learner records.
• 1-3 years teaching experience at the graduate level, in an online environment preferred. • Experience with teaching or tutoring. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Advocate of social media and mobile technology. • Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices. • Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning. • Ability to assess individual and group learning needs and explain concepts in different ways. • Self-motivated and highly organized. • Demonstrated effective time management skills. • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
