📋 Description
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and organizational leaders • Lead complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements • Review and sign tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and quality • Develop strategies that help clients optimize outcomes and minimize risk • Build, strengthen, and expand long-term client relationships • Lead, mentor, and develop Tax Managers, Seniors, and Staff • Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth • Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional CSH services • Help shape the future of the tax practice through leadership, innovation, and talent development
🎯 Requirements
• CPA, EA, or JD required • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field • 8+ years of tax experience, preferably within public accounting • Experience leading complex client engagements and advising business leaders • Strong tax planning, research, consulting, and compliance expertise • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships • Demonstrated success mentoring, coaching, and leading professionals
