• Provides direct, engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students daily • Provides targeted, personalized feedback using a variety of techniques • Differentiates instruction based on student level of mastery • Creates a welcoming class environment adhering to course set-up and management guidelines • Analyzes student data and identifies appropriate actions that improve student achievement • Establishes and maintains positive rapport with families and proactively communicates with all stakeholders in a timely manner
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • Active state teaching license • Ability to clear required background check • Ability to complete training within two weeks • Receptive to receiving coaching on a regular basis • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
