📋 Description

• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students • Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local school board standards • Researches and implements non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards • Articulates the school’s mission and vision to all stakeholders • Utilizes communication technologies to support a predominantly virtual work environment • Ensures compliance with laws regarding special education and other categorical programs • Develops and oversees the school’s Student Achievement Improvement Plan • Supervises and evaluates teaching staff • Manages teacher performance, providing necessary training for professional development • Confers with teachers, students, and parents concerning educational and behavioral problems

🎯 Requirements

• Tennessee Elementary School Teaching Certification • Previous Supervisory Experience • Master’s degree and Five (5) years of educational experience or Equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to clear required background check • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.) proficiency • Web proficiency • Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings, professional development, etc. • Previous experience as an online Educator
