📋 Description

• Deliver specific course content in an online environment • Provide instruction, support, and guidance, managing the learning process and focusing on students’ individual needs • Monitor student progress through the learning management system • Actively work closely with students and parents/Learning Coaches to advance each student’s learning toward established goals • Conduct live Synchronous Teaching – minimum of 15 hours per week • Collaborate with others regarding instruction, resources, interventions and data related to ODLS students’ needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Six (6) months of student teaching experience • Meet requirements for a licensed teacher under the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code • Ohio Secondary English Teaching Certificate • Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week • Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4)
