📋 Description

• Analyzing and interpreting assessment data related to individual student achievement and overall academic performance across grades K–12. • Maintaining accurate and confidential student achievement records and supports data analysis training for teachers and administrators to improve instruction and student learning outcomes. • Supporting data collection for required assessments, applying appropriate statistical methods, reviewing school and state data to identify trends and comparisons, and developing reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed. • Serving as a member of the state testing team, supporting in-person testing initiatives during all testing administrations throughout the year.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or field related OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Virginia Teaching license required • Experience working with data from various types of student assessments. • Experience working with large data sets including data analysis, interpretation, and display; • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to pass required background check • Ability to interact positively with teachers, administrators, and support staff; and Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during the workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school • Ability to communicate, both in writing and orally, technical information in a way that is understandable to all stakeholders.
