📋 Description

• Document Stripe products, including conceptual overviews, task-based guides, APIs, and tutorials for different products • Maintain content quality through curation, user feedback, and content performance analysis • Work alongside our developers, product teams, and support engineers to ensure content expertise and documentation accuracy • Deliver results in a dynamic work environment with plenty of autonomy • Push Stripe docs forward by dreaming up and implementing new ways to deliver, author, analyze, and interact with technical content

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical writing experience • Able to collaborate, partner with, and learn from other skilled tech writers • Proficient in HTML and Markdown • Conversant with Git and VSCode • Adept at communicating technical concepts clearly and precisely • Experience with backend languages like Ruby, Go, Python, PHP, Node, or Java (preferred) • Experience with large information architecture projects (preferred) • Experience balancing multiple product launches (preferred) • Experience working with a team of technical writers (preferred)
