• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across all channels • Design and run rigorous experiments for net-new users • Build and manage MMP infrastructure • Partner with creator partnerships on ad creative • Build and maintain lookalike audience pipelines • Define optimization signals and work with product and engineering • Develop framework for CPI targets and payback windows • Collaborate on onboarding experience • Own budget pacing and efficiency reporting • Eventually hire and develop a small team
• 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid user acquisition • Deep channel expertise across Meta and at least one other major channel (Google UAC, YouTube, TikTok) • Hands-on experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer strongly preferred) • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable in SQL and data warehouse • Experience building lookalike audience pipelines • Sharp instincts for creative — understanding of ad concepts and testing • Fluency with LTV modeling and payback window thinking • High agency and low ego • Genuine curiosity about media, writing, and the creator economy • Based in San Francisco or New York
