📋 Description

‱ Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and key customers. ‱ Help partners and customers achieve their goals. ‱ Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. ‱ Identify growth opportunities and potential risks. ‱ Support feature rollouts and collect feedback on product needs. ‱ Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Business Development Manager. ‱ Advanced English and Spanish. ‱ Strong communication skills. ‱ Basic understanding of KYC, compliance, identity verification or fraud prevention would be a strong plus. ‱ Good analytical skills with confidence working with Google Sheets, MS Excel or similar tools. ‱ Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, Legal, Marketing and other internal teams.
