📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, and refining contract management processes to enhance efficiency. • Leading the review, drafting, and negotiation of complex, high-value commercial contracts. • Providing strategic guidance and risk-based assessment of contractual terms. • Supporting cross-functional teams on contract-related matters. • Collaborating on process optimization and scaling of legal operations.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.) • 6+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel • Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements governed under English law • Proven experience with legal process improvement and contract lifecycle management tools • Solid understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR • Proactive approach and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Nice to have: Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech companies, and familiarity with AML/KYC.
