• 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics. • Strong SQL skills are mandatory. • Practical experience with marketing metrics, campaign performance analysis, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks. • Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing stakeholders. • Ability to investigate problems, explain metric changes, and turn data into actionable insights. • Experience with web analytics, attribution modeling and DBT is a plus.
