• Lead and support a local customer-focused sales and service team. • Manage strategic customer relationships and serve as the primary technical sales contact. • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives. • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, inspections, and process optimization. • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of chemical feed and delivery systems. • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. • Monitor product performance and service quality while resolving customer concerns. • Conduct data analysis and document return-on-investment (ROI) for existing and proposed applications. • Prepare and deliver timely customer service reports and business updates. • Communicate customer requirements, project opportunities, and operational needs internally. • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, expense reporting, and customer records. • Attend industry conferences, customer meetings, and company training programs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support project completion efforts across the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in: Paper Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent industry experience • 10–15 years of experience in the paper manufacturing industry. • Proven technical sales and account management experience. • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. • Strong customer relationship-building and communication skills. • Experience documenting and presenting ROI analyses. • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and business planning. • Strong project leadership and organizational skills.
