📋 Description
• Design, develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic and enterprise reporting tools • Utilize Epic reporting tools including: Cogito (REQUIRED), Reporting Workbench (RWB), Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, Clarity (SQL-based reporting), Caboodle (enterprise data warehouse) • Build scalable reporting solutions aligned to clinical, operational, and financial KPIs • Leverage Tableau or other visualization tools (as applicable) for advanced analytics and dashboarding
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in Epic reporting and healthcare analytics (Level 3–4 equivalent) • Hands-on experience with Epic tools: Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle • Strong SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries • Experience translating business and clinical requirements into reporting solutions • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in hospital operations
