📋 Description

• Architect and execute a self-sustaining, long-term growth strategy for partnerships • Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy centered on creating mutual value • Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-impact partnership opportunities • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic relationships • Onboard new partnerships focusing on maximizing value • Facilitate technical integrations and provide ongoing relationship management • Develop tier-based agency strategies and scale agency program • Establish and track meaningful KPIs that demonstrate partnership value and ROI • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, customer success, support, and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic account management • Strong balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-standing relationships within the ecommerce ecosystem • Experience building and scaling partnership programs that drive measurable revenue • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, or relevant industry ecosystem • AI-forward approach: actively embrace AI tools and automation to optimize workflows • Experience working remotely in technical environments and with complex integrations • Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to drive decision-making
