📋 Description

• Accurately input and update data into internal databases and software tools. • Review data for errors or deficiencies and resolve inconsistencies. • Prepare and sort documents for data entry. • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information. • Generate standard reports and assist other departments with data-related tasks. • Support office operations and contribute to overall workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles. • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
