🎯 Requirements
• 12-15+ years of operational leadership • 3-5 years specifically scaling a digital health or telehealth startup • Experience closely partnering with technical departments (product, data, engineering) • Understanding of modern healthcare friction points • Deep financial acumen • Extreme ownership and elite work ethic
