• Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and reporting • Create and provide custom/ad-hoc reporting, including budget-to-actual reports • Manage outreach to suppliers/vendors to facilitate on-time payment • Properly book and manage expenses and income for accurate reporting • Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy • Assist in preparing financial statements and maintaining general ledger accounts • Track and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable / payable • Support payroll processing and related compliance documentation • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies • Assist with other projects as needed
• 3+ years experience in an AR/AP or junior accounting role • Hands on experience with Hotel Investor Apps (preferred) or similar ERP tools • Proficient knowledge of IFRS or GAAP accounting principles • Exceptional (C-level) verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate-advanced skills in Excel /Google Sheets • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work EST
