âą serve as the analytical and systems backbone of the Tax Operations function âą maintain capacity projections that account for team changes and seasonal volume âą build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators âą ensure operational performance is measurable, visible, and predictive âą monitor data patterns to identify inefficiencies and deliver performance snapshots
đŻ Requirements
âą 3â5 years building reports, managing properties, and maintaining data integrity inside HubSpot or a comparable enterprise CRM (Salesforce is a close second) âą analytical rigor and methodical organization âą experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment such as professional services, SaaS operations, logistics, or high-volume service delivery business âą clarity in communication and ability to deliver data insights to non-technical partners
