📋 Description

• Lead a team of business data analysts responsible for implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Anti Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring (TM) platform • Bring strong domain expertise in Securities Compliance • Translate typology driven requirements into implementable detection logic • Partner closely with Technology, Data, and Modeling teams • Engage with Audit and Compliance stakeholders to support issue validation, remediation planning, and closure of regulatory or internal audit findings

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) • Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 5+ year of relevant experience • 3+ years exposure to securities and/or markets experience • 3+ years of AML Transaction Monitoring Business Analyst Actimize experience • Familiar with the business context and data infrastructure • Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future need for TD sponsorship.
