📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership across the overall Analytics function • Engage in client interactions to explain complex data analysis • Support financial crime risk management through ad hoc analytics • Work with large and complex datasets to develop analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions • Collaborate with business owners to identify opportunities • Visualize insights from data to communicate results

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) • Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 5+ year of relevant experience • Strong SQL, Python, Databricks, Oracle, Azure, and cloud data platform experience • Experience with machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered business solutions • AML, Financial Crime, Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Transaction Monitoring experience • Strong data validation, reconciliation, testing, documentation, and analytical problem-solving skills
