📋 Description

• First point of telephone contact for our motor vehicle customers in inbound calls • Focus on selling our award-winning supplementary products such as dental supplemental, pet health, or supplementary health insurance (cross-selling) • Respond to the needs and wishes of (new) customers and create optimal solutions in the area of supplemental insurance • Participate in sales incentives to improve results • No cold calling or appointment setting; consultative support at the request of incoming customers • Regular exchange with colleagues for joint development

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in telephone (product) sales in inbound • Experienced and sales-driven applicants from all industries with proven successful customer contacts by phone • Exceptional talent for acquiring customers • Knowledge of the insurance sector (motor vehicle, supplementary products) and call centers • Enjoy talking on the phone and strong closing skills • Business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
