• Partner with customers, resellers, vendors, and TD SYNNEX teams to design and deliver emerging technology solutions aligned to business goals. • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer requirements, technical challenges, and desired outcomes. • Develop and present solution architectures, Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, implementation plans, and technical recommendations. • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption. • Support proof-of-concept activities, solution validation, staging, configuration, and deployment planning. • Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution to support successful customer outcomes. • Manage multiple customer engagements while meeting commitments, timelines, and service-level objectives. • Build strong relationships across customer, reseller, vendor, and internal stakeholder groups. • Participate in executive briefings, customer presentations, and technology strategy discussions. • Deliver technical enablement, workshops, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams. • Stay current on emerging technologies, vendor innovations, certifications, industry trends, AI-enabled solutions, automation, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and advanced enterprise technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, professional services, or enterprise technology implementation. • Experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, automation, AI-enabled, or emerging technology solutions. • Experience creating Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, solution designs, implementation documentation, and technical recommendations. • Minimum of two industry-recognized technical certifications. • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. • Experience supporting discovery workshops, solution design, proof-of-concept activities, and solution implementation. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead customer engagements, and solve complex technical challenges. • Passion for continuous learning, technical excellence, and staying ahead of emerging technology trends. • Advanced certifications in Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, Aruba, Palo Alto, AI, automation, cloud, or similar emerging technology areas. • Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud networking, enterprise security architectures, automation, AI-enabled platforms, or other advanced technology solutions. • Experience presenting to executive or C-level audiences. • Strong understanding of business value, ROI analysis, and technology strategy.
