• Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and priorities for healthcare EDI products and services. • Own the EDI product backlog and prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt. • Collaborate with business leaders to align EDI initiatives with organizational objectives. • Evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation. • Partner with business operations, claims, enrollment, provider services, finance, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and define solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for EDI-related product decisions and issue resolution. • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. • Monitor and improve transaction quality, accuracy, and timeliness. • Ensure EDI products comply with HIPAA, CMS, state regulations, and organizational standards. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for EDI operations and product performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. • 5+ years of healthcare EDI, claims processing, enrollment, or healthcare systems experience. • 3+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of HIPAA X12 transactions and healthcare data exchange standards. • Experience working with healthcare payer, provider, TPA, or managed care organizations. • Experience managing Agile projects and product backlogs. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
