📋 Description

• Lead monthly executive-level forecasting and reporting of product financials, primarily visit revenue and associated operating metrics • Act as a strategic partner to commercial, marketing, and operational teams by delivering insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data • Support finance transformation initiatives by migrating forecasting and reporting from manual excel based processes to web‑based planning tools • Assist in the development of annual budgets, long-range strategic plans, and rolling planning in collaboration with business partners • Leverage internal systems and collaborate with Data Science to gather data and drive meaningful, actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration • 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic finance, or management consulting • Highly organized and process-oriented; strong attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills • Self-starter; knows how and when to escalate • Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships within an organization • Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics, unit economics and creating business cases • Strong Excel-based modelling skills • Proven analytical and inquisitive work style with a keen attention to detail
