• Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integrated risk management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Assist in conducting IRM stakeholder workshops to identify governance, risk, and compliance (IRM) program current and future requirements. • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow stories leveraging SCRUM. • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow (IRM) solutions. • Develop direct system testing and validation procedures and documentation. • Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow IRM implementation and improvements. • Train and mentor junior consultants and administrators on ServiceNow IRM best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on IRM • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.
