📋 Description

• Generate new business while managing and renewing existing client accounts • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions • Present insurance proposals clearly and professionally, ensuring clients understand their coverage options • Close new business and collect all required applications and documentation • Partner closely with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience after the sale • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and industry events • Build strong relationships with insurance carrier partners and local centers of influence • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while following agency procedures • Consistently meet or exceed monthly new business goals • Represent the agency professionally within the community and with carrier partners

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License • Previous insurance sales or consultative sales experience preferred • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and community involvement • Valid driver's license
