📋 Description
• Lead or co-lead implementation of new client accounts • Responsible for end-to-end management of implementation project delivery • Communicate status and risks to appropriate client and leadership • Work directly with clients, consultants, and coalition partners • Support team development and effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required • Bachelor degree and/or 3+ years relevant experience preferred • Project management experience required • Knowledge of PBM products and processes preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
