📋 Description

• Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Clinical Program Management matters • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in relevant areas • Leads, coaches, and develops team members • Executes large strategic projects • Identifies business improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Current U.S. Pharmacist License, Pharm.D. • Managed care, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry, or pharmaceutical sales preferred • Proven leadership skills • Team-orientation • Proactive management style • Strong commitment to client service
