📋 Description

• Serve as a legal advisor to eviCore healthcare’s client contracting team • Provide legal guidance for regulatory and contract challenges • Negotiate and draft legal and business terms of client contracts • Coordinate with Legal and Enterprise Compliance partners • Identify key trends or gaps in medical management and service operations

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor required • 3-5 years of commercial contracting experience in positions of increasing responsibility • Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures related to the managed care industry preferred • Strong independent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand complex operations, technological, and financial issues • Ability to render actionable legal advice within a matrixed business setting • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
