📋 Description

• Validating, coding, processing, and entering invoices to proper budgets • Comparing vendor invoices to system-generated purchase orders • Processing validated invoices for payments through various methods • Works with the Supply Chain department to correct discrepancies • Processing purchase orders and payment requests in Peoplesoft • Requesting new vendor setup in Peoplesoft • Researching vendor inquiries regarding invoice payments • Reviewing vendor statements for past due balances and outstanding credits • Processing payments to external Home Health Nursing Agency claims • Processing intercompany payments with other UPMC entities • Independently resolving department inquiries with clients

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • 5+ years AP/AR experience • Proficiency in Accounting Software packages and MS Office, Excel, and Word preferred • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials a plus • Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills necessary • Professionalism, ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment required • Ability to work 20 HOURS PER WEEK (flexible on days)
