📋 Description
• Apply Professional Standards by utilizing current evidence-based nursing practices • Provide Telehealth Support using MDLIVE technology to assess patient needs • Conduct comprehensive telephone triage and gather pertinent information • Serve as a liaison between patient and provider for care coordination • Assist with pharmacy questions or medication-related concerns • Accurately document and maintain the patient’s electronic medical record • Identify and report patient safety or quality issues • Support optimal health outcomes through education and communication
🎯 Requirements
• Compact Nursing license • RN Licensure with at least two years of experience working in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or ER setting
