📋 Description
• Engage with prospective students through outbound calling, web chat, and inquiries • Qualify prospective students and transfer to the appropriate Admissions Representatives • Maintain records in the Salesforce database • Positively represent the university in virtual and in-person settings • Maintain communication with admissions staff
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Effective communication and listening skills • The ability to learn and work within admissions databases and CRM tools • The ability to work evenings and weekends
