📋 Description

• Oversee a team responsible for creative development and execution of digital campaigns across various media • Manage client communication and alignment, problem solving, and project ownership • Create and maintain schedules for projects of short-to-intermediate length • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver projects against deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer preferably in an agency setting • Natural leader with excellent motivation and conflict management skills • Able to own assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery against deadlines • Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up • Familiar with production processes in video, print and digital workstreams and able to incorporate implications to schedule building and maintenance • Comfortable working with creatives with a knowledge of the creative process
