📋 Description
• Design and maintain software integrations and workflows • Build and optimize CRM, marketing, and operations automations • Lead integrations across platforms such as GoHighLevel, ActionStep, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Microsoft platforms • Collaborate with leadership and operations teams • Troubleshoot and improve existing systems • Document workflows and technical processes • Support client-facing implementations as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as an IT Developer, Systems Integrator, or Automation Specialist • Strong understanding of APIs and workflow automation • Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, and Microsoft platforms • Experience with Zapier or related software to foster effective software connections and automations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear communication and documentation abilities • Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment • East Coast residency required
