📋 Description

• Partner with HR leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned to business goals. • Lead structured requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear product and technical specifications. • Define AI use case strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics. • Work directly with AI engineers and data scientists to design and deliver AI solutions (e.g., AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation). • Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. • Establish ways of working, governance, and intake processes for a newly forming AI team. • Drive adoption through documentation, training, and change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • At least 6 years of experience in business analysis or related role • Proven expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements • Strong technical understanding of AI/ML systems, including generative AI and LLM-based solutions. • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and working directly with engineering teams to deliver them. • Experience defining AI strategy and measurable business outcomes with senior stakeholders. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes within a new team. • HR domain experience strongly preferred.
