• Ensure international trade operations comply with complex regulatory requirements • Drive trade compliance excellence through policy implementation, transaction monitoring, and process improvements • Manage day-to-day export activities including classification, screening, licensing and documentation • Provide guidance to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations or related field • Additional relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Customs Specialist, Certified Trade Compliance Specialist) • Expert knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures and trade agreements • Proficient in HTS and ECCN classification and licensing requirements • Proficiency with trade compliance systems and Microsoft Office suite • Experience with global trade management software • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience conducting compliance audits and implementing corrective actions • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed
