📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between sponsor and organization • Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally • Drive and own overall delivery of cross-functional projects • Ensure financial stewardship at project level • Communicate and manage customer expectations • Drive Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at project level • Ensure project team compliance with organization policies • Act as a mentor and contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 8+ years of experience managing global Oncology/Hematology trials • Technical and systems competency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload • Effective oral and written communication skills • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines • Advanced knowledge of project management principles • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
