📋 Description

• Act as engagement lead on customer engagements • Communicate job expectations to team members while planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions accordingly. • Enforce policies and procedures for each project • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards, resolving problems, determining system improvements, and implementing change. • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, quoting services, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. • Enhance departmental and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Develop budgets and track budget expenses. • Mentor team members and consistently provide performance management feedback. • Staff projects appropriately and supervise team members. • Manage team members in a proficient and effective manner. • Promote process improvement. • Must pursue professional self-development opportunities on a regular basis.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior project management and planning experience. • Possess excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong ability to manage client expectations including in areas of scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction. • Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
