📋 Description

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of healthcare consulting engagements or complex workstreams • Translate strategic recommendations into executable initiatives with defined owners, milestones, and impact metrics • Develop and manage integrated workplans, including dependencies and critical path tracking • Support client alignment, issue resolution, and decision‑making with VP‑ and Director‑level leaders • Implement and maintain project governance, cadence, and escalation mechanisms • Track benefits realization tied to EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, or quality outcomes • Identify execution risks and support mitigation planning • Drive execution readiness and maintain delivery momentum across teams • Lead and coordinate PMO and project support resources • Contribute as a subject matter expert in margin and/or quality improvement disciplines, including workforce productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, managed care, physician enterprise, strategy, and quality improvement / care transformation

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or transformation roles • Demonstrated success leading complex workstreams with measurable outcomes • Strong execution and project management capabilities • Solid financial acumen related to margin, cost, revenue, or quality improvement • Experience working in complex healthcare environments • Strong communication skills and professional executive presence.
