📋 Description

• Own design, development, and production deployment of document understanding systems • Design and deploy semantic chunking models for legal documents • Build document enrichment systems using taxonomies • Develop LLM-based knowledge graph construction pipelines • Lead knowledge distillation efforts for model compression • Design evaluation frameworks using expert annotation • Provide technical input on AI strategy and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or related field • 8+ years of post-degree industry experience shipping document understanding systems • Publications at ACL, EMNLP, etc. • Production Python experience • Hands-on production depth in document layout analysis and semantic chunking • Experience in hierarchical, multi-label document classification • Entity recognition, citation parsing, and knowledge graph construction from unstructured text • Knowledge distillation and model compression
