📋 Description
• Act as the QA for Thrive Homes’ residential general contracting projects in Pennsylvania. • Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations, including permitting, licensing, and inspection processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Active residential general contractor's license in the state of Pennsylvania. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential general contracting. • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania's building codes, permitting processes, and licensing requirements.
