📋 Description
• Offer therapy for the members served • Collaborate and develop treatment plans • Guide clients to other appropriate TimelyCare services • Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation • Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session • Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Active State License(s) • Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills • Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning • Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
