• Build, launch, and maintain Paid Search/Shopping campaigns aligned to client objectives, audience, and inventory realities. • Prepare clear, on‑time performance updates and inputs for QBRs with actionable next steps. • Monitor daily/weekly performance; build accurate recurring reports; run basic A/B tests with defined success criteria; maintain pacing and budgets. • Execute tagging and feed QA checklists; partner with Analytics to validate reads and resolve anomalies. • Demonstrate sound channel craft and growing cross‑channel awareness; connect measurement to growth.
• 2–3 years executing and managing Paid Search/Shopping (builds, launches, pacing, optimizations); monthly budgets ~$50K+. • Platform fluency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; SA360 or Skai; competitive tools (Auction Insights; familiarity with Adalysis/Adthena/SpyFu). • Analytics: GA/GA4 and advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups); able to create clear performance narratives and basic test readouts. • Certifications: Google Search & Shopping (or completed in the first 60 days).
