• Act as the lead health insights & analytics expert for all Tivity Health products. • Provide evidence-based insights to inform product innovation and go-to-market strategies. • Independently design, manage, and execute health insights & analytics studies. • Understand business value levers to be able to translate them into study design. • Hands-on extraction and manipulation of large-scale healthcare claims databases. • Generate outlier, ROI/savings analysis from utilization management. • Translate complex research findings into compelling value stories for clients. • Partner with Strategy, Clinical, Product, Client Relations, and Sales teams.
• Master’s degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field strongly preferred. • Bachelor's degree with five years of directly related experience required. • Advanced proficiency in SAS is required for performing complex claims analysis and statistical modeling. • Strong interest in wellness solutions and preventative health. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in health insights & analytics, outcomes research, or health economics. • Proven track record of working with health plan data and understanding payer priorities. • Demonstrated ability to self-sufficiently design and execute research projects from conception to final report. • Experience in the healthcare and wellness service industry is preferred. • Exceptional ability to communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and external health plan partners. • Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, project management, negotiation/issue resolution and leadership skills. • Strong analytical skills and presentation skills with particular attention and expertise being paid to the presentation of findings and the development of logical and appropriate recommendations. • Ability to participate in discussions with internal and external parties regarding client strategies. • A strategic consultant who bridges the gap between complex technical, financial, and operational data and the development of high-impact, relationship-based solutions tailored to specific customer business challenges.
