📋 Description

• You provide strategic consulting to leading companies in the real estate sector as well as to corporates and retailers in the areas of strategy, organization and implementation • You develop and manage innovative business models, market-entry strategies, and agile methods and tools together with our clients • You are responsible for implementing complex client requirements and for leveraging market changes and trends to create sustainable competitive advantages for our clients • You actively drive the further development of consulting approaches and products, contribute your own ideas, and promote knowledge transfer within the team • You are involved in client projects from day one and take on challenging tasks in their execution and coordination within a dynamic, hands-on working environment • You play a key role in international projects and help shape collaboration with clients and teams worldwide through TME Associates’ global presence

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field • 1–2 years of professional experience in management consulting or in a strategic role within the real estate industry • Solid expertise in strategy development, organizational design, or business model transformation • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a deep understanding of economic relationships and market mechanisms • Leadership ability, self-initiative, and the capability to guide teams and clients through complex change processes • Willingness to travel frequently for national and international projects • Excellent MS Office skills and strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
