📋 Description

• Work directly with sports clubs, tournament organizers, and rights holders — inside and outside the MARI group — to understand needs, identify opportunities, and help define product direction. • Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesize research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently. • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver platform features that solve real problems for sports partners and their fans. • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities. • Contribute to roadmap development and prioritization across the broader PxT platform. • Track and assess product performance using data and measurable outcomes. • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with rigor — keeping partners, engineering, and commercial teams aligned across long delivery cycles. • Operate across the product lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of building products in high-growth environments — whether at startups, consumer platforms, SaaS companies, or entrepreneurial ventures — with at least 3 years working directly in sport ticketing or a closely adjacent domain. • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a genuine desire to grow PM craft across the team. • Demonstrated builder mindset — whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch. • Strong experience owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills — able to articulate ideas, navigate tradeoffs, and influence decisions. • Experience in live events, hospitality, or premium sports environments. • Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow — using them habitually to accelerate research, prototyping, decision-making, and execution. • Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — you know how to collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial teams. • A working knowledge of professional tennis and European football will be highly valuable in this role.

🏖️ Benefits

• Hybrid work environment (blend of in-office and at-home days) • Up to 4 weeks per year of flexible 'work from anywhere' • Healthcare, vision, and dental plans, with generous contributions from the company • Life and disability insurance • Paid Parental Leave • Generous 401(k) Matching • Flexible Paid Time Off • Free membership to One Medical Group & Employee Assistance Program • Annual Professional Growth Budget • Employee donation matching • Employee Referral Program • Pre-Tax Flexible healthcare spending account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA and Commuter Benefits
