• Build and develop dealership network for Ventrac • Support strategic goals of the company • Monitor dealer business health and guide business plans • Actively resolve customer complaints • Oversee sales activities and recommend inventory levels • Develop strategies for Ventrac products in dealerships

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred • Sales experience in the turf or dealership market • 3+ years business experience (DSM I), 5+ years (DSM II), or 7+ years (DSM III) • Strong interpersonal skills, professional, courteous • Mechanical aptitude • Must be able to obtain Medical Examiners Certification
